Heat treatment report showing temperature history as a manufacturing lot of miniature precision bearings passes through a series of different heat treatment devices at the Timken MPB facility. These reports are used by internal personal and NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program)auditors to verify that bearings used in aerospace applications have been heat treated to required minimum time and temperature specificaations in each required heat treatment device.
